To assist with all managerial duties and provide cover for the Contact Centre Manager.
To help develop a strong management team
To assist in implementing a clear and strategic focus on delivering quality within the department
To have a full understanding of all reporting functionality
To schedule and prioritise workloads effectively
To motivate the team ensuring that teams are mentored, monitored via 121’s and team briefings / discussions, Manage departmental KPI’s, Team development
